Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use FinBid. By using the site you confirm that you are.

2. What FinBid is

FinBid is a leaderboard for financial-domination bids. Users pay bids toward an X handle, which raises that handle's standing. FinBid provides the software and the ranking; it is not a party to any personal arrangement between users.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record. Dodo handles card processing, tax, and disputes. FinBid never sees or stores your card details.
• Every bid is final and non-refundable. The amount you pay is added to the handle's total and cannot be reversed by you.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees your jurisdiction imposes beyond what Dodo collects.

4. Listings

Listings are opt-in. A handle's owner may claim, edit, or remove their listing at any time by verifying with X. See Remove a listing. We may remove any listing or account that breaks the Rules.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, impersonation, minors, illegal activity, or fraudulent payments. Accounts that violate this may be suspended and payments reversed.

6. No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the bids you paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
